Let me tell you about an incredibly boring-sounding term: Positive Psychology.
I know. Snooze. But hear me out.
Positive Psych is: the scientific study of what makes life most worth living.
Basically, it’s how you think, how you feel, and what you do. It shines on your strengths instead of judging your weaknesses. It builds on the good in life instead of repairing the bad. It pushes your life from “okay” to great. If life is a video game, Positive Psych is the upgrade that levels you up.
That’s where I come in. With my decades of experience in Positive Psych, I will guide you to your True North and help you level up.
I’m a teacher, a tutor, an academic coach, and an ICF-certified life coach. And now I’m here to help you find your inner compass.
In these sessions, we will:
• Set achievable goals.
• Uncover your true potential.
• Get your priorities straight.
• Remove the clutter in your life—clutter, people, outdated goals, negative thinking, bad habits, etc.
• Focus on your strengths to bring out the best in you.
*One hour sessions each week. Coaching contracts are signed for 3 or 6 months. In person or via Zoom.
